This coupon entitles you to your initial exam and x-rays for only $47, normally $225. We will not bill your health insurance company for the $47 as this is only a special introductory price which allows you to try out our office and see if: 1. We can help you. & 2. We are the right office for you. We will give you a receipt for your services at the time of your exam and you may directly submit your receipt to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement.
