Your length of care is determined by your phase of subluxation and the speed at which your body heals.

Phase 1 takes approximately 6 to 18 months of corrective care to reach maximum improvement.

Phases 2 and 3 may take longer.

Phase 4 can not be corrected because the bones of the spine have fused due to advanced degeneration.

Posture maintenance care is recommended following corrective care.
